Hip Hop and the Mixtape Culture is the second widely acclaimed documentary from the provocative, London based production studio, Bareface Films.
The documentary provokes thought and discussion by deciphering the subversive world of Hip Hop from top to bottom - including the excel of British Hip Hop.
The documentary features contributions from world renowned experts: Paul Du Noyer (Beatles Expert & Snr NME Correspondent); Alex Seago (Professor of Cultural Studies, Richmond University) & Dr Hakim Adi (Historian).
South Kilburn Studios will be hosting the first public screening of Hip Hop and the Mixtape Culture on 22nd May 2013. Entry is FREE, and there will be snacks and drinks available as well as spoken word performers (TBC).
