Hi Ruth, I am the host for this event, I'm afraid I will have to be at the venue for most of the day, so won't be able to meet everyone before. However, I could meet everyone at 6.30 at the door, or help organise a rendevous point near the venue if you'd like! Let me know what you'd prefer.

Hi Irina! There is a silent auction running for the first hour of the event, you will have that time to choose a photo and anonymously bid an amount underneath it. There may also be options to puchase digital versions of images on the night, if you'd prefer. I hope this answers your question. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any more!
