If you missed out on the various open-air cinema events over the summer, here's still a chance to go. More London (next to City Hall) is showing films for 2 weeks in September, and the shows are free and no ticket is required!
We're going to watch "Midnight in Paris", Woody Allen's recent surprise hit about a writer in Paris who mysteriously gets sucked into the 1920s. See:http://www.morelondon.com/events_details.asp?ID=139
There will be two meeting points, one before the film and one afterwards.
For those who want to meet before the film please meet me between 6:15 and 6:30 outside the entrance to City Hall, then we can go in and sit together. I will be holding a meetup sign. If you're lost, you can reach me at [masked] (I may switch off my phone once we're inside, but will definitely have it on before 6:30). We will go in soon after 6:30. Although the film does not start until 7:30 it is first come, first served so we need to go early to be sure of places and to try to sit together in groups. Once we've gone in, it is not possible for us to reserve seats for anyone who arrives later.
If you do arrive after 6:30 please go directly to The Scoop in More London (it is next to City Hall and near Tower Bridge - here is the page on how to get there: http://www.morelondon.com/venue_info.asp) and sit where you can once you are inside. You can meet the others afterwards at the pub.
Please wear warm clothing, as it can feel cold outside after sunset.
After the film, let's meet in the Horniman at Hays pub, just around the corner in Hay's Galeria. I will be near the main bar, again with my meetup sign. See: http://www.nicholsonspubs.co.uk/thehornimanathayslondonbridge
