Wendy’s passion is working with Corporate Crossovers® - women who have left their jobs and set up their own business, and those women still in their jobs who may be thinking of leaving. She offers coaching, workshops and resources to help them have more focus, feel more in control and make more income. She has been on BBC Radio 4 Women’s Hour discussing her research of Corporate Crossovers® and has been the Career Coach in Glamour Magazine.
Originally from New Zealand, Wendy enjoyed a successful corporate career all over the world for over 18 years. In this time she created many successful start-ups for multinational corporations, designing and implementing the business and marketing strategy. She has developed and led the marketing for famous brands; Colgate, Smirnoff, Tia Maria, and Apple. In 2000 she came to London, and was General Manager at FT.com’s personal finance website. Here she led the business to survive the dot com crash by radically restructuring it and leading it to profitability.
Ten years ago she created a Coaching and Consulting Company to help people feel more inspired and motivated with their businesses and work. She has worked with a range of corporate clients including Expedia, ACCA, Betfair, Lexis Nexus, Pearson and The Economist. She has also worked with a large number of women business owners around the world.
