Beth Follini Leadership Embodiment - A Somatic Approach to Coaching

Hi All,

This month we have a great speaker on a topic I hope will be of interest to a lot of people.

From my own experience I know how powerful our bodies can be as a tool for feedback and as embodying what we are trying to teach.

I hope you can come along for what looks like a fascinating talk with a lot of opportunities to practise and take learning away.

Please register at http://londoncoachinggroup.co.uk or through meetup

Best wishes,

Bob

To accept another person's power or intention fully, we need tremendous depth and an incredibly strong centre that can hold and tolerate the energy of another without needing to take control or losing our balance." ~ Wendy Palmer, author of the Intuitive Body and Founder of Leadership Embodiment

Leadership Embodiment is a somatic approach to coaching and leadership development which can enable us and our clients to identify reactive patterns and learn how to ‘recover to their centre’. The approach involves a number of gentle physical movements – often in pairs which allow people to identify patterns of behaviour under stress and then find ways to centre and ground themselves. The approach also incorporates mindfulness techniques. The workshop will allow you to:

• Gain insights into your personal reactive patterns and limiting assumptions through accessing the wisdom of your body
• Find a way to remain calm under pressure, to recover balance and clarity when faced with business/ life dilemmas and when coaching
• Understand how to tap into the body’s natural intelligence both for yourself and with clients and give you a practical way to help clients ‘get out of their heads and into their bodies’!
