Hello and welcome Sachin to Satyananda Yoga Hammersmith.

I teach two beginners yoga classes will be starting next week and run on a weekly basis on Thursday's from 13:00-13:45 and Friday's 17:45-19:00 at the The Grove Neighbourhood Centre, 7 Bradmore Park Road, Hammersmith, W6 0DT. Nearest tubes Hammersmith and Ravenscourt park (5-10min walk). First class is free. Bring a mat and a blanket. Further information on the group site, feel free to contact me with any queries. Hi Saching, how are you? We have a online sailing club and looking for new members. We are quite pro-active and have schedule quite a few trips for this summer and autumn. We planning an awesome trip to watch the Volvo Ocean Race from the sea in Alicante...and some RYA courses will follow soon.
