The website you describe has a lot of functionality and would be described as a major project. No-one can give a simple list of modules to do the job. In fact one of the features of Drupal is that there are many modules and choices, which can be difficult for beginners.

I would suggest you buy one of the standard text books on building websites with Drupal as a starting point. But you'll probably also want one on theming (yes, absolutely anything can be themed). And get something that covers e-commerce. Moodle would be a subject in its own right - trying searching the module list for Moodle.
