Gypsy music & Turkish food at the Brunel Museum

  • This location is shown only to members

Please note: this event is now sold out.

I know how much some of our members love Gypsy music, so here is another opportunity to listen to some:

"Dunajska Kapelye, with Piotr Jordan and Flora Curzon on violin and Zac Gvirtzman on accordion, play traditional Gypsy and Balkan tunes interspersed with scintillating jazz improvisation. Their music is an irresistible fusion of passion and finesse - of dazzling technique and deep emotional impact."

Homemade Turkish food will be served at the café.

For a taste of Dunajska's music, check http://www.myspace.com/dunajskakapelye

Ticket costs £10 plus £1 booking fee.

Please RSVP, only after you have booked your ticket.

You can book tickets at http://www.wegottickets.com/event/202618

I think I'm buying Juljia's spare ticket. I've also spoken to the organisers, who have advised they have extra tickets that they can sell on the door - some seated, the remainder standing.

One of our members can't make it anymore, as he's not feeling well. I don't know how to transfer his ticket to you though. Can you phone the museum and ask? I can send you his booking reference and full name, if they accept this as evidence.
