Believe it or not, it's technically SUMMER and we will behave accordingly, ignoring the fact we are in England. SO... open air cinema!! Bring your sandwiches and wine bottle to kill the time before the film starts at 7.30.
Classic, cult and contemporary films will be screened on the South Bank, in the outdoor amphitheatre beside City Hall, each Wednesday and Friday from 11 – 27 September.
Most films reach capacity so arrive early! Seats cannot be reserved so get together before entry to avoid disappointment, or ask a friend to keep a seating space for you.
Note: after sunset it gets quite chilly beside the river, so make sure to bring a sweater with you, and something to sit on (the stone steps get cold too).
