Silent Double Bill - Easy Street & Sherlock Junior

The first Herne Hill Free Film Festival kicks off on Friday 19 April, 7.30pm, with a Keaton and Chaplin silent movie double bill beamed onto the front of Herne Hill station.

Films will be accompanied by internationally renowned silent movie pianist Neil Brand.

Neil will accompany Charlie Chaplin's Easy Street (25 mins) and Buster Keaton's Sherlock Junior (40 mins).

Free event. No tickets required. This is an outdoor event so bring something to sit on and whatever you need to stay warm and dry. Please note capacity is limited and if it's a sunny day (it may happen!) then we will reach capacity early.

Watch a video of the Herne Hill Station outdoor cinema in September 2012 (pictured below), with pianist Neil Brand creating a live music soundtrack to Buster Keaton's The General.
