Welcome to the London Happiness Workshops!

All the workshops are entirely donation based, so you can come along and have a great time, and donate as much or as little as you like at the end of the workshop, completely anonymously.

I've built this group around the true psychological principal that how you choose to live your life day-to-day has a much bigger impact on your happiness than whether you're rich or successful or famous!

I've set up www.happinessfast.co.uk to share the skills of living a happy life. You can go there now and access a free program, full of practical exercises you can use in your daily life.

In the London Happiness Workshops we'll be teaching the scientifically proven skills you can apply to become much happier in a practical face-to-face setting.

You'll be taught by some of the happiest people in London, with the aim of helping you to become much happier in the quickest possible time.
