Introduction

Hi! My name is Thomas and i work as a Peak Performance Coach. I believe that health and happiness can be gained through nutrition, fitness and good relationship.

Why do you want to join Neighbourhood Bootcamp?

Running is my life. It keeps me fit and healthy. It is a fantastic way to fine tune one's skills. I would love to do more running this year now that my schedule allows it.

  • Hello Thomas, just a quick note to let you know that today Saturday 18th of May was my first bootcamp experience at Hyde Park/ Kensington Grdns. It was hard work (especially the intervals running) and my legs hurt but know what? I'm joining you guys tomorrow as well! Thanks for your great coaching! I'm feeling very proud of myself today!

  • Hello Thomas, and thanks very much for your welcoming email!
Unfortunately, I was unable to join you all last Saturday, as I was away from London till Monday. Additionally, I have had a pain in my hip for the last week or so, and need to take some time off jogging. I´m afraid that I can injure myself if I jog with this pain. But as soon as I´m recovered, I´ll be there! Cristina, x

  • Thank you very much indeed for the invitation to join your boot camp, Thomas. I remember when I was doing my Mountain Leadership Training in Snowdonia many years ago now, we went on a night exercise around the Snowdon horseshoe in a snowstorm. I was put in a team with some SAS recruits, it was a boot camp of sorts, and they, of course, had to be first. So they ran ahead of me, and I was unable to keep up. I was not as fit nor as fast as them, but they all got lost. So I got back to base first!
