Hi im alastair and am an easy going,friendly person.I enjoy running and doing 10ks as well as the cinema,music,pubs and coffee and all that good stuff in life.

Why do you want to join Neighbourhood Bootcamp?

would like to join a group to keep fit with rather than just going out for runs on my own on saturdays.Have never done a bootcamp session so will be fresh and new to me.

Dr Siva Hyde Park Running Bootcamp & Breakfast

Hi Alastiar, welcome to our group! We have a very social and friendly group who really support each other and help each other push to the next level. We meet every Saturday at 9.30am and Sunday at 10.30am. I would bring some water. You can leave your bag, but because there is a parking fee for the car where we keep the bags, we ask for a 40p donation towards the cost. The meet up itself is FREE, all we ask is that you try your best and make lots of friends. See you soon!

Welcome to the group, I'm so pleased that you have chosen to join us! This weekend we have a meal on Friday night, Lord mayor's Show on Saturday and Explore the Tate Modern on Sunday! Looking further ahead we have a variety of meals, evening drinks and a go-karting event already planned! Bowling is a good idea, do you know any central[ish] & reasonably priced venues?
