I'm part of the team organising the London Sanitation Hackathon for 1-2 December. It brings together sanitation experts and technologists (and more!) to develop innovative solutions to the challenges facing the sanitation sector. I'd love to hear the group's ideas and tell you more about it. In the meantime, here's the info: http://www.sanitationhackathon.org/london
Please join us and sign up!Thanks!

If you haven't been to this venue before just follow the signs to the Museum of London. It is up the stairs on the overhead walkway. We are usually crowded around the one big table on the left as you enter the bar.
Hi, I wanted to inform people at work about this ICT4D meet-up. Do you know yet who will be speaking? Also, as this event is titled'tweet-up', does that mean it will have a Twitter focus? Just working out what I can tell my colleagues!

Hello Victoria! Sadly we have had to abandon the idea of having presentations this month so Tuesday will be a opportunity to socialise and network. The name 'Tweet-up" just refers to the fact that most of us met via Twitter. Subjects covered during formal (and informal) are many and various :)

London ICT4D Meetup is an informal networking opportunity for people with an interest in the use of Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D).
Regular attendees include folk from international development agencies, IT journalists, private sector and social enterprise employees, ICT4D academics and various 'geeks with critiques'.
This is an open group which anyone is welcome to join and we actively seek to include new members.
Our events are held once a month, nominally on the last Tuesday, although we try to synch with other events happening in town.
