It is going to be the largest ICT4D meet-up we have ever organised.
There are already 70 people registered for our ICT4Social Justice event on Jan 29th.

Tuesday night will be your opportunity to hear rapid-fire presentations, put your questions to, and have a beer with top activist geeks who are appropriating technology for social justice at home and abroad.

The event kicks off at 6:30 and will feature:

Ben Taylor presenting on how Daraja are using ICTs to "Hold Government to Account" in Tanzania

Adam Groves
from OneWorld will present their work on "Citizen Monitoring of Elections in Senegal & Sierra Leone"

Huridocs will present on "Human Rights Information & Documentation"

and Becky Faith will tell us how the Tactical Technology Collective help activists to "Turn Information into Action"

There will be a cash bar at Google Campus and from 9:00 we will continue the conversation in the Windmill Pub around the corner.

See you Tuesday
