Potential for Growth

Hi All

We spoke at the last meeting how some of our "preferences" (e.g. Intuition or Feeling) may not necessarily determine by themselves our ability to "apply" or "use" them adequately. This made me think of the above subject.

In particular the following questions may get us going
What have been your greatest moments of growth and what are your greatest aspirations for growth? And how do these relate to the INFJ preferences and traits and "common" challenges as presented by the model?

What are your thoughts? Would that be worthy of a meet up?

Could that be the subject for the one that you were planning to arrange in a couple of weeks?

I honestly enjoyed this meetup so much. There was such a great 'INFJ' vibe for the whole evening. We covered loads of areas, and everyone opened up about things. I will definitely be coming along to more meetups of this group.

  Hey Bernie, I do hope you make it along to the next one. Based on the meetup last night, I would say this meetup is a dream come true for any INFJ! Also, I it would be great to see you at the MBTI meetup next Thursday. There are lots of different types there, and it is also great fun.

The full Infj force was unleashed!! lol as usual, we discussed the main topic but also digressed to other themes. I am always intrigued meeting other Infjs and disgussing our experiences, similarities and differences. There certainly was a good vibe yesterday-looking forward to the next one. At the next meetup, Will also eat more, before consuming alcohol lol :)

I thoroughly enjoyed it too. I liked James how you were able to describe so accurately yesterday some of the behaviours in the group that contributed to this INFJ vibe and the impact it had on the overall dynamic e.g. roughly equal turn to share one's thoughts and feelings without having a need for a "facilitator" or "structure". Great ideas and insightful perspectives that I felt privileged to listened to.

Internal deliberation/introspection is great but I believe there is also so much value in the power of attention from another (or others) that give(s) you their wholeness. That is how it felt for me yesterday so thanks to you Hasan, James and Tracie - alphabetical order before any of you tries to see any "meaning" in the order ;)

Enjoyed the laughs too!

Loved it and will come back for some more for sure...

Hi Everyone, Looking forward to tomorrows meetup. As usual, we'll be upstairs on the first floor. There'll be an "Infj Meetup" sign with directions at the entrance of the pub. The group will sitting at the table with a "Infj meetup" sign. Ill be there from 6:30-6:45 Hopefully see you then!

Hey JC, Thanks for suggesing this meetup! I planned to focus the next meeting on "Introverted Intuition" (Infj's dominant cognitive function") But this is also a good idea (and may include discussing this anyway)
