London Literary Walks Message Board › Shakespeare Week 2014
There will be two walks - £10 each - on Tuesday 22nd April and Wednesday 23rd April 2014.
The Southwark walk
From 11am to 1pm on both days. Meet at "The London Bridge Experience" on Tooley Street (now an empty building). No need to book. Just pay £10.00 on the spot. Actor Declan McHugh curates this one.
The City walk
From 6pm to 8pm both days. Meet at Blackfriars tube station exit [Circle Line]. Again no need to book. Pay £10 on the spot. Actor Declan McHugh also curates this one.
The Guildhall Library (the one with the clock museum) hosts a free exhibition showing the earliest printed versions of most of Shakespeare's works. Runs from 2nd April to 30th April. Open 9.30am to 5pm except Sundays. that's right, it's free.
