Mindfulness meditation is practiced in a secular way in this group. All are welcome, of all faiths and backgrounds.
There are no secrets to the practice - it is based on simple awareness, like awareness of the breath for example. Research has found it reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain, blood pressure and is now even being used by the NHS to treat depression, addiction, and more.
Meet others in the local area who are interested in meditation, particularly for health and well-being. Enjoy some guided mindfulness meditation by an experienced mindfulness teacher and discuss tips and ideas in a safe and welcoming environment. Share your favourite books on the topic.
