LPG Natural Movement Workout

Come join LPG for our first workout session with acclaimed author / Woodland Workouts personal trainer Oliver Selway. Oliver specialises in accessible fitness for all levels of experience. This explores long forgotten movement patterns.

There will be no sets, reps, gritted teeth or any of that. Rather if you are able to walk for an hour or run for 5 - 10 minutes without pain, you are fit enough to join. All activities are also optional.

The meeting point is under Marble Arch at 10.15am for a 10.30am start. There is a £5 deposit, which will be returned at the event. Hoping to see you then.

      MovNat is fantastic! I've done a few courses with them. I would certainly count it amongst my primary inspirations, with Erwan having influenced my thinking pretty heavily. Vic Verdier (Erwan's right-hand man) wrote the foreword to my book. (Check out Vic's bio on their site. It's amazing!) www.movnat.com
