When: Saturday 10.30am

Meeting Point: The Pavement, Clapham Common (Opposite Holy Trinity Church)

Exercise Programme: Full Body Workout with strong emphasis on running.

Level of Fitness catered for: All Levels; Complete Beginners who haven't exercised in decades to Hardcore Athletes.

Breakfast Location: Del Aziz, 55-57 The Pavement (Healthy & Delicious Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean Dishes)


Programme:

We meet at 10.30am SHARP at The Pavement, Clapham Common opposite Holy Trinity Church. First we leave our belongings and bags in a safe and secure place and then we start class! The bootcamp lasts for about 1 hour. We like to mix things up, so the workout is different every time you come, the only thing that remains the same is that you have fun and you work hard. After we finish, we grab our stuff and head on over to Del Aziz to enjoy a healthy breakfast. (just across the road). We get to Del Aziz at about 11.45am and you can stay as long as you want to eat breakfast and get to know your new friends.

About the organisers:

The workout is hosted by a team of 5 people: David Evans, Thomas Hamilton, Sissi Hamilton, some of the best coaches in the country as well as Dr. Siva Sundar and Dr. Agnes Electra, who are experienced medical doctors. David was a professional rugby player for 15 years playing for some of the best teams in the country and internationally. Thomas is an ex-competitive runner who trained for many years with Olympic runners such as Andreas Vojta. Sissi is our skilled and warm yoga instructor. Both Siva and Agnes are our health experts so if you have an injury or any other health related problems feel free to speak to them directly at one of our events.

NB: Jonathan has kindly allowed us to use his car. Given we do this every week, twice a week; he would run up a parking bill of £700 a year! If you'd like to leave your bags, feel free to do so, and we'd appreciate a donation towards the parking of 40p. Belongings are left at your own risk.

    Unfortunately I won't be joining you all this morning. I've been trying to shake off a bad head cold the past few days and was hoping to feel better by today... No such luck. So it's lemon and ginger tea rather than bootcamp for me this morning. See you all next week!

    Really looking forward to coming along for the first time on Saturday - probably more the breakfast than the bootcamp bit but it's good to earn your weekend brunch! But the headline and map say meeting at 9.30 and the text says 10.30 which is a little confusing though...! Shall I assume it's 10.30 meet up for the bootcamp unless I'm told different?
