Hi! My name is Thomas and i work as a Peak Performance Coach. I believe that health and happiness can be gained through nutrition, fitness and good relationship.
Running is my life. It keeps me fit and healthy. It is a fantastic way to fine tune one's skills. I would love to do more running this year now that my schedule allows it.

Hi Thomas, I was planning to join this Saturday, but I have done too much exercise this week and feel big pain in may legs and I don't think I can manage running one hour so I will pass this week, but hopefully I can start from next week. Thank you.
