This week we're starting our first look on sec 2.4 of the book. Speficially, we'll be learning how to handle multiple representations for data. We'll be building a computer algebra system that's able to treat different implementations of rational numbers, complex numbers, et cetera, all on the same footing.
As usual, we'll start with a brief summary of the book's contents and then jump into problems. We work in pairs and you're expected to bring a laptop. See you there.
