I was even wondering to invite/join with a photography group for the sci-fi photos event - as an example, I'm a member of the alternative photography group (meetup.com/AltPhotoGroup/) and if people are happy to be shot by others (models should get copies) Im sure there would be quite a few interested in doing it.

Hi Nicholas, nice to meet you. I'm sure you'll find a lot in common with Lotna members, as we have a wide range of sci-fi interests. We meet up twice a month in a pub for socialising, games and sometimes screenings, as well as hosting a plethora of random events with anything vaguely resembling a sci-fi theme.
