Hi, I am glad, you are here. So first of all WHAT IS SELF-TRACKING?
It is a process of collecting information about yourself. There are various types of personal tracking, e.g.:
= life logging e.g. diary, sleep, jogging
= personal finance
= behavior monitoring e.g. mood
= location tracking
= health recording
= self experimentation
= chemical body load
= medical self diagnosis
= personal genome sequencing
= life coaching

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF SELF-TRACKERS GROUP?
It is to share our experiences with self-tracking:
= how do we do it
= what tools do we use
= how tracking has helped us
= support each others in our attempts to get to know ourselves

WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?
= anybody who has been doing any sort of self-tracking
= scientists
= technologist interested in personal informatics
= anybody who at this stage is curious, puzzled, maybe would like to have a go
