Learn the basic skills of powerkite flying before attempting to kite surf, kite buggy or land board for the first time. It is not as easy as it looks! : )
This event is being hosted by Adventure Go!,the other Meetup group that I run.
Don't waste your time and money trying to learn these sports on your own, without first knowing how to launch, fly and land a power kite.
This lesson, provided by KiteSurf101 is perfect for anyone wishing to start, or who has started and is finding things difficult.
KiteSurfing is 95% kite control; learn the basics first and get on the water quicker!
This 2 hour taster session takes you through the theory of the wind and the weather, the equipment and safety before moving on to the beach based practical - flying the kites.
This lesson is land based and is a great introduction to kitesurfing.
This activity is NOT suitable for pregnant women or those suffering from high blood pressure, heart conditions, back problems or epilepsy.
