Running the Analytics department for all Thomas Cook websites across Europe ; developed tools and processes to support Online Marketing, Merchandising and Product sourcing, conversion and usability. Commissioned a RFP to adopt one single web analytics solution across 15 websites (formerly using iJento + Omniture + Google Analytics + Wysistat). Created a datawarehouse regrouping web analytics data, back-office data, competition data, marketing spend, pricing.
