Also if you'd like to show your own material to a new audience please let us know and we'll add it to the reel.

Entrance will be free but will be strictly limited to those who RSVP.

It'll be great to see you all there.

Thanks for organising us Kuan, wouldn't have made it with your input! Good to see the variety and styles of films and possible ideas for us to work on in the future. Good easy place to get to as well.

Hi folks. At the last meeting the others said they were fine with me researching a venue for this event. A pub called the Lucas Arms, which is 5 mins walk from King's Cross station, on Grays Inn Road, has a function room that can take 30 people and has a tv which we can use, for which they charge £15 an hour. I've reserved it in my name and have to confirm or otherwise by the end of the week. I thought we could book it for 2 hours as thats all the time we need for film showing, maybe 5.30pm to 7.30pm on the evening of Sunday June the 2nd. I've been in the room for a political meeting last year and it's ok but I'll be at Kings Cross this Wednesday evening to take another look at it and the tv. We only have to pay for the room on the night. I'm happy to chip in £10, so we only need another £20 from other people to get us 2 hours.

Maybe someone knows a better venue we can use. Also maybe someone has a projector and screen that we can use.

I'll take note of your new mobile number. I don't know anything about the event originally being for the 4th June, I can't remember what was originally said. Sorry to hear you're quite busy. Obviously only do what you have time to do. I can bring a laptop or a dvd player on sunday. If the footage from our last meetup doesn't work then don't feel you have to put it together, as far as i'm concerned. As you say, we can film more at some point on the subject with more of a plan. I'll text Sean tomorrow about putting the footage with you talking about Rodin's kiss etc in the dropbox if he has time. Then we'll have footage of 4 of us talking about artworks in the dropbox - about 15 mins of film. Maybe you can put that together. Let me know if you need a hand with anthing - though I know a lot less than you do! Talk to you soon mate.

Many thanks, Kuan. Just thought, a memory stick of footage would probably be simpler for Sunday. It'll probably be a better 'what not to do', rather than otherwise ;). Definitely we need a bit of production planning. And why not. All the best.
