I work for myself, advising local government & public health.
I became interested in decision science through my work on carbon policy for local government and developed the With The Grain tool as a result. I now use it to take a systematic approach to understanding and influencing behaviour, to make places and services better. Most of my work is about demand management and co-production, and I'm now behavioural advisor to a London Borough.
I'm Warren. I use insights from behavioural economics and psychology to help local government do things better.
