Yank "evil" marketer, mainly in financial services (doubly evil, I've been told). Coming to Britlund and Londonium to cause trouble by aggressively selling brain science. Of course, all Yanks are completely irritating sales people -- but fun.
Looking for ways to apply brain science to selling people more financial services -- and "save the world", of course. Actually, coming to Londonium because ti appears Brits are more science and brain science friendly. Probably dead wrong but better reason than the Olympics. (You know I could never use irony in Yanklund)
Complete brain geek in all manner and forms. Do claim to have started the ONLY "neuroscience" group in Meet UP in Yanklund. We could do same in Londontowne.
Thanks for the greeting and info about the group. I grew up on a cattle and crop farm.
I will settle for a bar on the north side - although a trip to the French Riviera would be nice too!
Hi Elmer. Our group, Chicago Area Brain Network, is on LinkedIN. We do have gatherings... and yes we do offer adult beverages and sometimes cake among other things. I'm new to meetup...don't know how this works. Nice to meet ya'll.
Our site is IllinoisScience.org. There may be one for the series at Brains.IllinoisScience.org but I haven't had time to do that yet. But the ticket site is working at http://brainscience.eventbrite.com/ Would be happy to talk, will have to be next week. I'm juggling a ton this week and have to go to Springfield tomorrow and Wed. Let me know a when next week would be convenient for you and we'll find a time for a call. Best to email me at [masked].
All the programs are free, but we strongly recommend ('require') people register for seats at that brainscience.eventbrite.com site. These will be more widely promoted than our usual events, so I'm expecting (well, maybe just wishful thinking, but hopeful) they see good attendance.
I agree with you that women are "robust". Her name is Lily.
I'm not sure how strong the evidence is but hey, I have no complaint if woman's brains are better than man's! :)
Haha, wonder if that's inherent or environmental (e.g. parents/grandparents/care-givers/teachers unconsciously "rewards" a cute girl for being cute and adorable...). She is 4.
She knows she is cute and is very proud of that! :)
Howdy! I would love to but I believe it's on the 14th - I will be out of town from the 13th-29th. Sad to miss out on this particularly juicy topic!
