Gamer Picnic!

A potluck style picnic at Springbank Park (weather permitting of course!)

Bring enough food for yourself + 1-2 people to share - nothing too complicated. Depending on how early we get there we may have a spot with a BBQ if anybody wanted to bring and cook something.

Potluck link here - http://www.perfectpotluck.com/meals.php?t=JNLN8084
So everybody knows what others are bringing and we dont end up with 100 hotdogs :P

If space/weather permits we can play some boardgames as well ;)

Exact location in the park will be narrowed down closer to the date...

Hope to see you there!

We're setting up at picnic area I-- if you're driving, take the West Springbank gate, park, and look for the swing sets!

We're hoping to get Pavilion G at Springbank park - as its first come first serve.

If we're not at Pav G, we'll try to get picnic area h or J.

I'll post another update tomorrow morning when we actually get there.

We've a lot planned for the afternoon but if I can fit a Springbank walk in there I'll try to time it so we can meet up for some show and tell :)

Sounds like fun! Make sure the games you bring won't be disrupted too much by wind!

Less pieces the better. Maybe a card game that you hold in your hands vs play on the table?

HIVE is great for two players. Not many pieces, and they are heavy bakelite pieces.

Darn, I obviously can't go as I'm 2000 miles from London but sounds like a lot of fun!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
