We'll be setting it up a bit differently than last year depending on the number of people interested.
We have 3 sites booked. $20 Per Person. 3 days 2 nights. Firewood included. BYO Food and equipment. We will help co-ordinate with folks as the date approches.
With the event filling up already - all 3 sites have been booked. We may have members on the wait list - so please let us know asap if you can't make it.
I'd like to collect the site fee asap - as I have already paid for all 3 sites. its $20 dollars and this will include firewood.
Mark has a post up on the event page to collect some information about available equipment. Please post there with what you have, so we can start coordinating. Also post if you are able to drive and how many people you can take.
For Food - Last years system didn't work too well. So this year, please bring your own meals - or arrange with others attending. The main meals - 2 Dinners, 3 lunches, 2 breakfasts. Nothing too complicated, unless you're comfortable with that ;) There will be snacks - but if you're the ravenous type judge your appetite accordingly :)
