I have been practicing and teaching meditation for over 11 years. I love to share my experience and assist others to have good meditation experiences.
This group is for beginners and those who are more experienced alike. Everyone is welcome.
I will introduce you to some simple techniques that I have learned over the past 11 years. We will use the third eye as a traditional way to internalise your consciousness. The third eye acts as a 'switch' for the body of energy. It gives you a pathway to experiences beyond the ordinary chatty mind such as: inner silence, your energy body, and the joy and awakening of your deeper self.
I will teach you a way of sitting in meditation posture and using cushions that allows you to sit comfortably and in stillness.
