I am looking to develop a tiny micro controller which is low power and can power a radio transmitter (low frequency transimission). Does anyone have any suggestions in such a matter? email is:

I'd have thought there should be some modules you can put together for this or are you actually thinking of literally making a new microcontroller?
By low frequency you mean like submarine radio?

Here's some radio modules, XBee seems to be in vogue at the moment.
