Come along on Saturday 6th April at either 1:30pm or 2:30pm for a visit to Tate Modern.
About Tate Modern
Tate Modern is the most visited modern art gallery in the world. It is based in the former Bankside Power Station and opened in May 2000.
The collections in Tate Modern consist of works of international modern and contemporary art dating from 1900 until today, you can see work by artists such as Cézanne, Bonnard, Matisse, Picasso, Rothko, Dalí, Pollock, Warhol and Bourgeois.
Entry is free!
They do have two chargeable temporary exhibitions if you want to visit whilst you are there, called: 'Lichtenstein: a Retrospective' and 'A Bigger Splash: Painting After Performance'. If you wish to visit these, best to buy your ticket in advance here...
We are meeting at two time slots (1:30pm & 2:30pm), so please indicate which time you wish to attend when you RSVP.
Afterwards we will head to the Café in the Tate on Level 1.
