Come along on Saturday 14th June when lots of the private garden squares in London open to the public and we will be visiting five of them on Saturday around the Kensington and Earls Court.
About Open Garden Squares Weekend
Open Garden Squares Weekend is a two-day event, where private gardens throughout London welcome the public. Gardens range from historical private squares to contemporary roof gardens, prisons and barges.
We will be visiting five garden squares on Saturday, all of which are maintained by the residents who live in the houses surrounding them.
We will be walking about 2 miles in total and stopping for about 30 minutes in each square. It will just be a relaxing walk between the gardens and won't be guided.
Most of the garden squares have refreshments and toilets.
The gardens we will be visiting are:
- The Wildlife Garden at the NHM
- Cornwall Gardens
- Lexham Gardens
- Nevern Square
- Earls Court Square
We have a 10% discount for tickets bought in advance for Open Garden Squares weekend, which works out at £9 per person, which gives you access to all the squares across both days.
You can purchase your ticket here... (you can only buy a ticket online until Friday at midnight, after that you will have to buy them on entry to the first garden).
- then click the quantity of tickets you require in the 'Adult weekend advance purchase'
- click on the 'Enter promotional code' and put in the code: CultGSW
- click on 'Order Now' and pay
You will need to show your ticket each time we visit a garden square.
