Southbank Drum Circle: Drum, Dance & Let Go

Lets get together to drum our cares away, drum to the rhythm of the soul, drum because we are alive, drum because we are here, drum for those who have gone and drum for those who have come back. Here clip from last time
Please note, if this is your first time in a drum circle, please come to our monthly session to find out what actually goes on on a drum circle. In any case you are welcome to come along and watch and/or participate.
If you have a drum or shaker please bring it along, if not you can make a shaker from your milk bottle, or bring your hands to clap, your feet to dance.
If you are dancer and would like to dance along please come.
If you are a singer and would like to sing, please come. If you play an instrument, flutes, clarinet, etc., any instrument and would like to jam with the drummers, please bring it along.
