Introduction
I started this group as I discovered a zest for escaping from London's crowds, noise and greyness on a regular basis. Also, it's great to discover all the wonderful cultural stuff that goes on outside the capital city...

What are you expecting from, or looking for, in the group?
To spend time with other creatively minded people, to stretch my legs on decent walks, discover hidden gems and have laughs.
What can you bring along to the group that would benefit others?
Loads of ideas for things to do, drive and motivation to get out there and explore.
One interesting thing about London Escapes that inspired you to join?
We'll search for the arty angle in unusual places. It could be cooking, music, cave paintings... Meet other creative people, or those who appreciate the arts and countryside.
How did you find out about London Escapes?

"I am from Cambridgeshire and was brought up in the countryside and have lived in London for nearly 25 years. Studied at art college (Central Saint Martins) and worked as a professional artist for some years. Currently doing web work and this group."
