For our April monthly lunch, we will dine at East Londons finest Turkish buffet.
Buffets are a better way to socialise and mingle and have some nice food so I thought we could try this delightful venue out.
We will have the function room to ourselves.
We have arranged a buffet consisting of
Cacik (Refreshing mix of yoghurt, cucumber, mint, olive oil and garlic)
Humus (Chickpea puree with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic)
Kisir (Chopped Mediterranean vegetables, crushed wheat, lemon juice, pepper paste and olive oil)
Tarama (Freshly prepared smoked cod roe Paté with olive oil and lemon juice)
Izmir kofte (Lamb meatballs, tomatoes, mixed peppers and roast potatoes with rice.)
Tas kebabi (Lamb cubes, onions and special tomato sauce served with rice.)
Pasta (chef choice)
Guvec (Diced lamb and mixed vegetables cooked in an earthen pot, served with rice.)
Selection of cakes and selection of Turkish sweets
Water and soft drinks
