Shops

Throughout London there are various shops where people can buy boardgames.

Online only

  • Boardgameguru This is an online store run by Paul Lister, a previous organiser and regular attendee of LoB.
  • GamesLore Busy online retailer with large stock.

"Bricks-and-mortar" stores

Real, physical stores you can visit! Many of these will have online ordering as well.

  • Leisure Games The best physical board and card game shop in London, located in Finchley, with a large stock on the floor and even more at the warehouse. Has online ordering.
  • Orc's Nest A small shop, but possibly the best in central London. A large amount of miniatures and roleplaying gear. There's a decent selection board games - the staff are not very knowledgeable about these, but good for new releases.
  • Village Games Puzzles and boardgames in Camden.
  • Compendia Traditional games in Greenwich Market.
  • Heroes and Legends New store in Surbiton, open 7 days. Seems to be mainly miniatures and wargaming.
  • The London Chess centre Has a small selection of puzzle and Eurogames.
