Are you gathering any personal data?

Tracking my weight with a Wifi scale in order to get an indication of muscle mass and to be warned if I start losing weight.

Doing any experiments or analysis with that data?

Tried Lumosity brain training. The Iphone app is really great in terms of the feedback it gives you, including performance relative to the entire user-base, but I am very dubious if this type of brain training can translate into general improvements. It does seem to improve focus though. Next thing on the list to try is N-back. Gradually moved towards a diet of reasonably strict paleo, change has coincided with an overall improvement in wellbeing.
