I was diagnosed with metastatic bladder cancer in Oct '07; told there was nothing they could do for me; chemo only palliative and would cause me as much agony as extra time it might give me. Go home and prepare to die in a few weeks. Wrong.
Yes, going back over 30+ years Using: Polar heart-rate monitor; Tanita body composition weighing machine; pH/ORP meter; Omron MIT blood pressure meter; LifeSpan blood glucose meter; Mini-Wright peak-flow meter.
I keep a comprehensive SS on my exercise, nutrition, biochemistry, supplements, CAM treatments. I am attempting to data mine this for relationships with a view to enhancing my survival.
Good potential for those like me more interested in outcomes/problem solvers; great for those who wish to know about the latest self-monitoring devices and analysis.
