I also posted a comment, yesterday, about the venue being of poor quality in general - which seems to have disappeared. The gist was that the venue was amateurish, more like a local, self-run film club than a professional venue. And Barts' administration left something to be desired. For example the actual start time was half-later than advertised on Barts' website and on the ticket.

Fab John Barrymore givng his all, still good! Lots of vignetting to give it an "old" look. Could have had more of sexy Nita Naldi and butch Louis Wolheim to give it more oomph.
But, not a good venue, poor quality DVD and one of the organisers! in front of me takes a photo with her mobile of Dr Jekyll's first change into Hyde ruining the scene !

The film was very dramatic and Barrymore was impressive. Though legend has it that Barrymore made the transformations by body-language alone - in fact considerable make-up was used!

I'll aim to be there by 5.50. Perhaps it won't be necessary to go in too early to get a good seat. Have to wait and see. Assume that they open doors at 6.00.

I should be there 7.50 as it's unallocated seating. See you there.

I'm going but it's a bit of a rush coming from work so won't be meeting up per se.

How much will it cost and do we buy the tickets on the door?

Hello Teri, Unfortunately it is sold out now. There may be a slim chance of returns

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
