How would you describe your running level? Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced

Beginner, but am usually fit enough to run 5km in 30/35min as a start. Been out the gym hiking a lot in the last days of summer, so we'll have to see about now!

What's your favourite food to eat after a run?

I usually exercise in the evening so I usually grab a glass of milk before I shower then have a well-earned dinner!

Introduction

I'm not a runner (yet!) but am quite fit and am keen to become one. I can definitely see brunch at Wholefoods with good company motivating me to get out there and get moving. See you all soon.
