Been running for about ten years and am between seven/eight minute miler when in shape.After work i should imagine im going to be going below that though they work me so hard at work!
If Im hungry a gammon and chips...with a pineapple not egg on top!If not so hungry something lighter like a cheese omelette....with chips of course!
Hi alastair and am looking to get back out running and meet some new people at the same time.Would be good to keep me motivated and fit and be able to have a chat as well.Im easy going,friendly and easy to chat too..well have been told so anyway!haha
