London Songwriters is an inclusive and welcoming songwriting community where lyricists, composers and producers of all levels and genres have met at least once a month for the last seven years to collaborate and develop their craft.

These practical workshops feature songshare with feedback, comfortably challenging collaboration briefs and songcraft presentations along with occasional industry guests, community performances and countryside retreats. We have also sourced song pitching opportunities - you do not have to be an accomplished performer to attend and you are guaranteed to learn something new and meet new friends and collaborators!
Above all, the workshops are about mutual support, enjoyment and a safe space to develop your ideas in an unpressured and friendly environment - the group comments will testify to how supportive we are.
The workshops are organised and facilitated by Murray Webster, a Songwriting MMus Masters Graduate, PTLLS Community Music Leader and experienced multi-genre songwriter.

Please join for the following reasons: - you are an individual songwriter or songwriter/producer at any level from beginner and beyond - you live in London, or close enough, and intend to attend group meetings - you want to meet up with a warm, friendly and supportive group of like-minded individuals
There is a small charge for the regular four and a half hour facilitated workshops to cover Meetup, venue, admin and facilitator costs.
