Studies: after setting the foundations in month one with dream recall techniques, you will now deepen the opportunity to communicate with your Higher-Self through the dream state by learning some simple and easy lucid dreaming techniques that will enable you to become consciously aware while you're still dreaming, thus allowing you to actively participate in your dreams
Q&A: 30-minutes will be dedicated to answering any questions stimulated by the night's activities
