Re: [ljc] Open Conference - Call for Session abstracts/Workshops

Hi all,

I'll also add that as there is an un-conference element to the day that bringing along talks, lightning talks or ideas for Birds of a Feather (BOF) sessions is also welcome.

Oh, and we're almost at capacity - I'd get in fast :-)

With the Open Conference approaching fast, we're a little low on sessions and workshops, so why not submit something about a technology or area that you're interested in talking about.  Take a look at some of the already proposed sessions here for some ideas ->

Presentation sessions are 30 minutes in length for a full session, but you can also try a lightning/ignite talk which are 5 mins + q&a if you prefer.  Workshops are typically 60mins+ as there is often longer set up time.  Alternatively you could present on a topic that has already been suggested which we need a speaker for. These are also listed on the proposed sessions page.

To submit any kind of session, or to offer to present an already proposed session which needs a speaker, let Martijn Verburg know at [address removed].

Martijn:  I notice there's an OSGi topic in the sessions that need a speaker... I'm happy to rerun my intro to OSGi session again.
