Hi all,

As a community we've made massive progress for the Java ecosystem in
the past year having directly impacted Java 8 (Lambdas and DateTime),
OpenJDK (build infra + bug fixes) and various JEE specs (feedback &
bug fixes).

Most importantly we've helped a great deal in helping the vendors
understand community and vis versa.

The election campaign has started - I've posted our position statement
here: http://londonjava... - if you could please
tweet, facebook, G+, mailing list etc that would be much appreciated.

If you're a JCP member, then of course please vote! :-)
