I always find it interesting whenever discussions of anarchy come up that people are so mistrustful of their own ability and the ability of their peers to be able to self organise, yet so trusting of the ability and intentions of others to organise things on their behalf.
Agile has been anarchist from the get go and certainly things like scrum or anything that talks about self organising teams are essentially anarchist at their core.

Just because bosses have been telling you for centuries that you can't organise yourself doesn't mean it is true. The LJC, London Clojurians and other communities are great examples of self organisation.
