I'm not sure if this has already been covered but does this only occur when the change in time is of-the-order of an hour, or does it still occur with much smaller times (minutes, seconds or less)?

- the bug is now public

- a fix is being attempted for JDK8, with the opportunity to backport to 7, but there's no official commitment to fix this

I also just discovered that also Eclipse is affected by the issue :)
